- SkyPeople (Suizhong) Fruit and Vegetable Products Co., Ltd. was established on April 26, 2012. Its scope of business includes initial processing, quick-frozen and sales of agricultural and by products.
- On May 28, 2012, Pacific transferred its 99.78% ownership interest in SkyPeople (China) to SkyPeople International.
