Yongke Xue, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Xue has served as a Director of Tianren since 2005. Mr. Xue served as the general manager of Shaanxi Hede Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. from January 2006 to June 2007. Prior to that, he served as the business director of the investment banking division of Hualong Securities Co., Ltd. from April 2001 to December 2005. He also acted as the vice general manager of Shaanxi Huaye Foods Co., Ltd. from July 1998 to March 2001. From July 1989 to June 1998, he worked at the Northwestern Materials Bureau of the PLA General Logistics Department. Mr. Xue graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University with an MBA degree in 2000. Mr. Xue obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the National University of Defense Technology in July of 1989 with a major in Metal Material & Heat Treatment.
Spring Liu, Chief Financial Officer Ms. Liu is responsible for overseeing the Company's overall financial planning, control and reporting activities as well as investor relation activities. Prior to joining SkyPeople, she served as Corporate Secretary and Financial Reporting Manager of Trio-Tech International (AMEX: TRT), where she was responsible for implementing and documenting internal control procedures in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 for its U.S. operation as well as SEC filling and reporting. Ms. Liu holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Phoenix as well as a B.A. in English from Xi'an Foreign Language University of China. Ms. Liu passed all sections of the Uniform Certified Public Accountants Examination in California. She is trained in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and in SEC reporting.
Ke Lu, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Lu has served as a Director and the President of Shaanxi Tianren since 2006. Mr. Lu was General Manager of the Ningxia Business division of Shaanxi Tongda Fruit Juice & Beverage Group Co., Ltd. from October 2004 to March 2006. Prior to that, he was the General Manager and Director of Huludao Wonder Fruit Co., Ltd. from December 2003 to October 2004. He served as the General Manager and Deputy Board Chairman of Dalian Purelove Fruit Juice Co., Ltd. from August 1995 to December 2003. Mr. Lu graduated from Dalian Polytechnic University in July of 1995 with a Bachelor of Food Science and Engineering degree.
Guang Li, Vice President - Sales & Marketing Mr. Li has served as Vice President of Shaanxi Tianren since 2005. He previously held the position of Vice General Manager of the Operations department at Weinan Haisheng Fruit Industry Co., Ltd. from May 2003 to June 2004. Mr. Li also served as the Vice General Manager of the Operations department at Dalian Haisheng Fruit Industry Co., Ltd. from July 2002 to April 2003. Prior to that, he was the assistant to the President and Vice General Manager of Operations at Xi'an Bite Group from April 1998 to June 2002. From July 1994 to April 1998, he served at Xiamen Royal Electronics Co., Ltd., a Japanese-funded enterprise, as a Supervisor in the Quality Control department and Manager of the Quality Control and Production departments. Mr. Li obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Beijing Jiaotong University in July of 1991.
Mr. Xiangkui Zeng, Vice President - Production Mr. Zeng is responsible for Shaanxi Tianren's Research and Development department. He has roughly 30 years of solid experience in the fruit juice and food product production fields. Prior to joining Shaanxi Tianren, Mr. Zeng served as President and Chief Engineer at Sichuan Yanyuan Hejia Green Food Limited between 2003 and 2007. From 1995 to 2003, he was Production Manager at Dalian Zhenai Fruit Juice Limited. He also worked at Heilongjiang Yichun food factory for 16 years between 1979 and 1995. Mr. Zeng graduated from China Social and Science Institute Management School with a Bachelor of Business Management degree. |
