Hongke Xue
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hongke Xue has been Chairman & CEO of SkyPeople Juice Group Co., Ltd., the operating entity that is 99.78% owned by SkyPeople, since 2003. Previously, Mr. Hongke Xue was CEO of Tianjin Tangshan Fengyuan Metal Products Co., Ltd., a sino-foreign joint venture, from March 2002 to March 2003, and General Manager of Baoji Industrial Products Co., Ltd., a wholly foreign owned enterprise, from April 2001 to March 2002. He also served as deputy general manager of Shaanxi DePu Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. from October 1997 to April 2001. Mr. Hongke Xue holds a bachelor degree in business management from Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics.
Xin Ma
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ma joined SkyPeople in December 2011 and had previously served as the Company's Vice President, Finance, responsible for the financial and accounting management of the Company. From March 2011 to December 2011, Mr. Ma served as the Chief Financial Officer of Universal Solar Technology, Inc., a U.S. reporting company based in China. From January 2006 to March 2011, Mr. Ma served as the Vice President of Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation, a U.S. reporting company based in China. Mr. Ma received a MSc. in Management in 2005 and a MSc. in Finance in 2006 from the University of Leicester in England.
Chongjun Xiao
Vice President-R&D Department
Mr. Xiao has served as vice-president of SkyPeople (China) since Janurary 2010. He previously held the position of vice general manager and director of the R&D Department of Jingyang Branch from April 2006 to Janurary 2010. He also served as the project manager of the preparation office and the manager of the R&D department at Liaoning Huludao Wonder Fruit Co., Ltd between March 2004 and April 2006. From 2000 to 2004, he served at Guotou Zhonglu Hancheng Fruit Juice & Beverage Co., Ltd. Prior to that, he served at Baoji Beer Hancheng Taishi Co., Ltd. Mr Xiao is a holder of a Bachelor degree. |
