Yongke Xue
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Xue has served as a Director of SkyPeople Juice Group Co., Ltd. since 2005. Mr. Xue served as the general manager of Shaanxi Hede Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. from January 2006 to June 2007. Prior to that, he served as the business director of the investment banking division of Hualong Securities Co., Ltd. from April 2001 to December 2005. He also acted as the vice general manager of Shaanxi Huaye Foods Co., Ltd. from July 1998 to March 2001. From July 1989 to June 1998, he worked at the Northwestern Materials Bureau of the PLA General Logistics Department. Mr. Xue graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University with an MBA degree in 2000. Mr. Xue obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the National University of Defense Technology in July of 1989 with a major in Metal Material & Heat Treatment.
Cunxia Xie
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to her appointment as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Cunxia Xie had been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of SkyPeople Juice Group Co., Ltd. a company organized under the laws of the People’s Republic of China and a 99.78% indirectly-owned subsidiary of the Company since 2009. From 2003 to 2009, Ms. Xie served as Financial Accounting Manager at China Haisheng Juice Holding Corporation, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Ms. Xie is experienced in corporate management, financial accounting and internal control in China. Ms. Xie earned an undergraduate diploma in accounting by passing the Chinese National Self-examination in Financial Accounting in 1994. She graduated from Shaanxi Light Industry School and received an associate degree in Financial Accounting in 1990. She received one month training in Advanced Business Management and Advanced Financial and Accounting Management in April 2008 and July 2007 at Qinghua University, respectively.
Chongjun Xiao
Vice President-R&D Department
Mr. Xiao has served as vice-president of SkyPeople (China) since Janurary 2010. He previously held the position of vice general manager and director of the R&D Department of Jingyang Branch from April 2006 to Janurary 2010. He also served as the project manager of the preparation office and the manager of the R&D department at Liaoning Huludao Wonder Fruit Co., Ltd between March 2004 and April 2006. From 2000 to 2004, he served at Guotou Zhonglu Hancheng Fruit Juice & Beverage Co., Ltd. Prior to that, he served at Baoji Beer Hancheng Taishi Co., Ltd. Mr Xiao is a holder of a Bachelor degree.
Xiaoqin Yan
Director
Ms. Yan has served as one of our directors since April 7, 2008. Ms. Yan is a director of SkyPeople (China) and has been with us since January 2006. From March 2004 to June 2005, Ms. Yan held the position of manager of human resources of Express Worldwide Ltd. Ms. Yan served as the manager of logistics of Tianjin Dingyuan International Foods Co., Ltd. from October 1999 to March 2004. Ms. Yan graduated from the Air Force University of Engineering and earned a degree in Computer Technology. In July 2006, she graduated from PLA Military School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. |
