SkyPeople is also engaged in the research and development, production and sales of fresh fruit, fructose, fruit pectin, fast-frozen and freeze-dried fruit and vegetables, dehydrated fruit and vegetables, fruit vinegar, and other fruit and fruit juice byproducts. The Company is in the process of building an 8,000 ton annual capacity fructose production line in its Jingyang factory, which is expected to start production in the second quarter of 2009.
Currently, some of SkyPeople's fresh fruit products are organic. Our entire fresh fruit operation is expected to be completely organic within five years. |
