SkyPeople markets two categories of products in the domestic market, concentrated fruit juice products and fruit beverage products. The Company sells concentrated fruit juice products either through local distributors or through direct sales channels. Most of the Company's fruit beverage products are sold directly on the market under the Hedetang brand. All concentrated fruit juice products are provided to well known domestic fruit beverage processors, such as Huiyuan and Huabang.
SkyPeople has long term engagements with various local placement agents or product distributors, who normally enjoy exclusive rights to distribute the Company's products within certain specified regions. The map below shows SkyPeople's domestic distribution network:
