(“Pacific”) and SkyPeople Juice International Holding (HK) Limited (“SkyPeople International”) is a holding company for SkyPeople Juice Group Co., Ltd. (“SkyPeople (China)”), a company organized under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), in which SkyPeople International holds a 99.78% ownership interest, SkyPeople (China) is engaged in the business of producing and selling a wide variety of fruit products, including fruit juice concentrates, fruit juice drinks and fruit-related products.
